We have used it a few times and our boys love it. Good quality camera for the reasonable price. Seems to be easy to use.
I had to call Logitech to get assistance and with that I still was not able to get it started. Not business like. I had a difficult time with the audio. There was no information included in the box for me to read if I had a problem.
Personally, I haven't had any problems with mine. It does take snapshots pretty good. The quality is OK for the price we paid. So now we can see each other when we use an instant messenger application like Skype. She could never get it to work right on her computer so she returned it to us. I bought 2, one for us and one for our daughter to use so we could see her and our grandson using an instant messenger application. We ended up giving it to our son and he got it working fine on his computer. My son tends to have a lot of sound problems with his but I'm not sure how he has his set up.
have bought two more for family members, easy, fun, and inexpensive - have also recommended to friends.skype download easy and works great even with dialup, just slow
the video and audio are out of time so it looks like your lips move then the words come out ok if you want to make bad videos. this webcam stinks on ice. so don,t bye it am sending the uesless webcam back.hope this will keep everybody from getting this webcam what a joke LOL see you at bestbuys LOL
